A.Ş.(“Galata A.Ş.”) and group  companies, for purposes such as to identity the actions for increasing the level of information and perception about our brands and products, to plan, organise and execute advertisement, sales and marketing operations for planning and executing brand management activities, to conduct analysis on issues such as likes, loyalty, profiling, satisfaction about our products and services, to plan and execute special campaigns and promotions for our clients, to develop products and services by analysing the using habits and trends of our clients, to plan and execute market survey activities, we process your personal data such as the phone number, electronic mail address, name and surname in compliance to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data on your e-bulletin subscription during the term of your subscription. Your personal data that are processed in the e-bulletin message list are transferred to Galata AŞ affiliates, subsidiaries, group companies, their suppliers, business partners and legally authorised public institutions and organisations for the above mentioned reasons.

By approving this form, you are subscripted to our e-bulletin and during the continuation of your subscription, within the above-mentioned purposes and in compliance to the provisions of the Regulation about the Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, you are accepting all promotion, campaigns and information messages to be made by all kinds of commercial electronic messages with data, voice and image contents in the electronic environment and to be sent with commercial purposes, by using tools such as electronic mail, phone, call centre, fax, automatic calling machines, smart voice recording systems, short message service about the products provided and will be provided by our Company to you by Galata A.Ş. and group companies and/or an intermediary firm. 

We remind you that you can terminate your e-bulletin subscription at any time and unsubscribe from our mailing list easily and free of charge, via the link in the specified website or in the electronic message to be sent to you.
