Covid-19 (Corona Virus) Precautions
At NOA, our priority is your health and safety, and that of our staff. As we continue to adjust to the challenges of COVID-19, NOA’s COVID-19 protocols are informed by the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control (USA), and all national and local government mandates and public health guidelines.
NOA Homes – All NOA rental units are disinfected, deep-cleaned and thoroughly ventilated.
NOA Staff – All NOA staff are fully vaccinated.
Masks and Personal Protective Equipment – Masks and personal protective equipment are worn in all public areas and in accordance with local guidance. Guests may be required to wear face masks or coverings in hotel indoor public areas and when moving around in outdoor areas, based on local or national mandates or guidance.
Social Distancing – Social distancing is maintained in all public areas such as elevators and building lobbies.
Hand Sanitizing – Hand sanitizing stations are available in common areas.
Isolation Protocol
T.R. In accordance with the criteria of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism Safe Tourism Certificate, if our guests are detected as sick, symptomatic or suspicious cases during their stay in our hotel, they can continue their accommodation in the isolation room provided that they accept the following conditions.
* If, for any reason, the guest and / or people who are from the same family or stay in the same room are diagnosed with Covid-19; These guests will stay in the isolation room determined by the hotel, will not go out of the room, and will not accept visitors from outside their room.
* People who are from the same family as the guest guest, or who stay in the same room, who are diagnosed with Covid-19, will spend their stay in the isolation rooms, and those who have a parent / guardian will spend their stay in the isolation rooms and it will be within their responsibility to not leave the isolation rooms.
* Due to the diagnosis of Covid-19, the conditions of the accommodation contract concluded to the guest may be extended in case of admission to the isolation room There will be additional charges due to the isolation rooms to be provided in addition to the accommodation contract.
Our Practices About Our Employees
* Health checks of all our employees are carried out regularly within the framework of official rules.
* The rules and recommendations of all relevant official institutions, especially the Ministry of Health, regarding Covid-19 have been added to our current hygiene training programs.
* T.C. According to the decisions of the Ministry of Health and relevant official authorities, all our employees use masks and related protective equipment.
* There are sufficient disinfection units in staff common areas and these areas have been rearranged according to social distance rules.
Legal Procedures and Authority Recommendations
At the very beginning of the pandemic process, we established a Hygiene Committee under the chairmanship of the general manager of our hotels, consisting of all department managers, workplace doctor, healthcare personnel, food engineer, occupational health and safety specialist. This committee is the World Health Organization, T.C. Ministry of Health and T.C. The official instructions and recommendations published by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism ensure that all necessary measures are implemented in an up-to-date manner by constantly following the opinions of the relevant official and expert authorities.
