Every NOA property features one-bedroom apartments. These are more spacious, ranging from 70m² to 90m², with layouts that provide more privacy between living and sleeping areas. Many come with private balconies, terraces, or gardens.
Two Bedroom
From 80m² to 140m², these spacious two-bedroom apartments let you spread out comfortably at home. Use the second bedroom as a sleeping area or convert it into a home office. NOA two bedrooms are available in luxurious layouts: duplexes with rooftop terraces, airy layouts with large balconies, or access to private gardens. We really liked this place- nice design, quiet and secluded. Loved the little garden outside. A nice place to relax in after a day outside in the city.
